We can usually provide you access the same day.  You will visit our website and login to access the AOC system.  Once you have web access you will be able to create additional user accounts.  The ACIS & VCAP system is slowly being transitioned to the eCourts system so not all 100 NC counties are available.

We highly recommend you to be familiar with the system prior to use.  We have online documents on our Support Page to help you with this.  We only provide access to the system and do not provide navigation support.
